Evian is a still water from the French Alps above Évian-les-Bains, where rain and snowmelt filter for roughly fifteen years through glacial sand and rock before emerging at the source. That long underground journey gives it a moderate, balanced minerality of around 357 mg/L and a soft, crisp character at a neutral pH of about 7.2. Bottled at source and protected by decades of conservation around its catchment, it is one of the most recognised still waters in the world. Smooth and reliably consistent, it is an easy all-purpose still that suits both the table and everyday drinking.
