Ordering by the pallet

Wholesale orders ship palletized. A pallet can be built as a full pallet of a single water, or as a mixed pallet drawn from across our range, so you can carry real variety without committing to a full pallet of every item.

Cases are stacked in even layers, separated with protective dividers where needed, and shrink-wrapped in clear film for stability on the road. Because much of our range is bottled in glass, every pallet is built and wrapped specifically to guard against breakage in transit.

The number of cases per pallet varies by bottle size, container, and case weight. Tell us what you would like to carry and we will confirm the case-per-pallet count and the total shipping weight before you place the order.

LTL freight shipping

Wholesale orders move by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight, the standard method for palletized shipments that do not fill an entire trailer. Your pallet travels on a shared truck alongside other freight, which keeps shipping affordable for orders of one to a few pallets.

Freight is quoted by pallet count, total weight, and destination. We arrange the carrier and send you tracking once the shipment has been picked up. For larger, recurring, or full-truckload (FTL) volumes, we can arrange dedicated freight; just ask for a quote.

Delivery

LTL freight is curbside by default. If your location does not have a loading dock or forklift, request a liftgate so the driver can lower the pallet to ground level. Let us know as well if the delivery site needs a scheduled delivery appointment, or has access limits such as a residential address, limited hours, or narrow access. These details affect the freight quote, so it helps to share them up front.

Please inspect your shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, as this protects any freight claim. Our full breakage and claims terms are set out in Shipping & Returns.

Lead times and minimums

Wholesale orders are built to order, so lead time depends on the mix and current stock; we will confirm timing when we send your quote. We ship within the United States only. Minimums are set at the pallet level. Contact us for current minimums and wholesale pricing.
