Fiuggi rises in the hills of Lazio, southeast of Rome, where it has been valued since the Renaissance for its lightness. The water carries very little dissolved mineral content, a quality long tied to its historic reputation. It is bottled at the spring in Fiuggi.
With 120 mg/L of dissolved solids and a near-neutral pH of 7.6, Fiuggi is among the lighter waters in the index. The low mineral load is what gives the soft, clean character, leaving almost no aftertaste. It suits everyday drinking and pairs cleanly with food rather than asserting itself.
