Mondariz is a Spanish water from the granite country of Galicia, in the rainy north-west, tied to a historic spa town and offered still and sparkling. Rain filters slowly down through the region's granite and surfaces softly mineralised at around 200 mg/L — a light, clean, gently bicarbonate water rather than a heavy spa one. The brand traces back to the late nineteenth century, when its springs anchored a grand thermal resort. Today it pours as one of Spain's most historic waters: light, soft and unhurried, well suited to the table and to easy all-day drinking.
