Artisanal Aqua
Mountain Valley has been drawn from a spring in the Ouachita Mountains near Hot Springs, Arkansas, since 1871. The water moves through ancient quartz and novaculite, picking up a moderate, balanced mineral load along the way. It is bottled at the source in glass.
Dissolved solids of 220 mg/L and a pH of 7.8 put Mountain Valley in the middle of the range, slightly alkaline. That moderate mineral content gives the smooth, balanced body described above without tipping into a heavy mineral taste. It is a versatile table water, equally at home with food or on its own.
