S. Bernardo is a still and sparkling water gathered high in the Maritime Alps of Piedmont, in north-west Italy, where it is collected close to its mountain source. It is exceptionally low in dissolved minerals — around 22 mg/L — which makes it one of the lightest and softest waters on the table, with a clean, almost weightless character and no mineral edge. That purity suits delicate food and easy all-day drinking, letting the water recede rather than assert itself. Offered both still and sparkling, it is an elegant Alpine water for those who prefer minimal minerality and a soft, refined pour.
