Saratoga is bottled from a spring in Saratoga Springs, New York, a town known for its mineral waters since the eighteenth century. The water carries a low mineral load and near-neutral pH, presented in the brand’s distinctive cobalt glass. It has been produced at the same source since 1872.
With 116 mg/L of dissolved solids and a pH of 7.4, Saratoga is one of the lightest and most neutral waters in the index. The low mineral presence gives the very soft character described above, clean and almost weightless on the palate. It is an unobtrusive table water that pairs with almost anything.
